You can expect the best! Seriously. Proper training is crucial to your success as an agent. Sibcy Cline’s Steps to Success is known as the most extensive new-agent training program in the region and even well known nationally. Designed to jump start careers, this skill-building program includes role-playing workshops and hands-on computer training.  In other words, when you show up to training, be prepared to do work.

The new-agent training program, Steps to Success, has a one-time fee of $350. Professionally staffed, the program is consistently excellent. We think it’s worth it, however, because graduates of Sibcy Cline Steps to Success program earn 6.5 times more money than non-graduates.

Our commitment to your professional development continues with free Continuing Education classes, online course offerings through Leading RE’s Institute, a number of professional designation programs and ongoing branch office training programs designed to help make you the expert in your field.

The advantage of a centralized training center is that the program is professionally staffed and will be there when you are ready to start. You can trust that it will provide the professional skills necessary to build a successful business quickly and effectively.

We provide something even better, a manager. Sibcy Cline’s managers do not list and sell. Their job is to help their agents achieve the agent’s goals—not build their own business. The management team in your branch office is your guide, coach, and mentor. We know the time and energy it takes to serve clients. It is our philosophy that our managers should be dedicated to YOU!

And it’s important to know, you’re still your own boss. Since it is Sibcy Cline’s goal to provide exceptional service to the buying and selling public, the manager’s only expectation (and the company’s as a whole) is that agents will share in that goal. There is an expectation that you will participate in training, office meetings and events, phone time/opportunity time and be involved in various prospecting activities.

Locally owned, Sibcy Cline is a 4th generation, full service, private company with deep roots in the Greater Cincinnati, Dayton and Northern Kentucky area. Rob Sibcy assumed the title of President in 1969 with one office and 15 sales associates. Robin Sibcy Sheakley, Rob and Pam’s daughter, assumed the title of President in 2018. Besides the Steps to Success training fee, our managers can share a total breakdown of the costs you will incur necessary to activate your business. This would include Errors and Omission Insurance, Association Fees, Multiple Listing Service dues and SuperKey fees. These activation fees are required regardless of broker affiliation.

Successful completion of both the Steps To Success Training Program and the New Agent Bonus Program rewards early success. You can receive reimbursement of your Steps to Success entry fee and earn additional marketing and bonus dollars as you achieve specified levels of production.

In real estate, the definition of a part-time agent is one who has another full-time job and expects to only be available to their clients in their off time.  Experience has taught us that when a client cannot get the service they need and expect from their agent, they will move on. It is a very difficult way to start a business.

Additionally, Sibcy Cline has an expectation that our agents will be available for training, office activities and to be able to meet the demands of their clients. We hope we will share in a common goal of wanting to provide top service to the buying and selling public.

That said, we understand financial responsibility and personal situations. Your personal plan of action should be discussed with the manager of the branch office. Every situation is different and deserves consideration and planning and to develop a plan beneficial to all involved. We encourage you to talk to a recruiter about your unique needs.
