Our Continuing Education courses are offered year-round and are free for our agents. We provide 24/7 access to our own online learning portal, which features courses and material written by Sibcy Cline employees, so you know the material is always relevant to the specifics of our region, your MLS, the tools we provide for you, and the strategies we’ve employed successfully in the market we know best. We also provide all of our agents with access to Institute, which is a national online industry education portal.

Institute is LeadingRE's online learning portal for real estate professionals offering hundreds of courses with succinct, relevant content you can use to build or enhance skills, increase production, and increase effectiveness. Courses are authored and presented by national industry subject matter experts. New courses are added regularly to the Catalog and to the Library so visit often, earn certifications, and enjoy!
